Using the recently completed IMV ServiceTrak reports, IMV has published a new series of infographics offering ServiceTrak Scores that rate customer satisfaction with diagnostic imaging equipment.

ServiceTrak scores are based on ratings for 37 attributes that are analyzed to produce numerical ratings for three major categories of imaging equipment service by modality:

1. Overall manufacturer performance
2. Overall service performance
3. Overall system performance
